Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable web and mobile applications while leading a small development team. The role includes architecture, project delivery, coding, mentoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

• Design scalable and secure application architecture.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and review code quality.
• Lead technical decision-making and solution design.

Project Delivery

• Translate requirements into technical solutions and plans.
• Manage timelines, estimations, and task allocation.
• Ensure on-time, quality delivery of projects.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor developers across projects.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and technical guidance.
• Drive team productivity and accountability.

Development (Hands-on)

• Develop and maintain applications using:
  ReactJS, NodeJS, PHP/Laravel, WordPress, REST APIs
• Work on mobile apps using React Native or Flutter
• Work with Python frameworks (Django/FastAPI/Flask) as needed

Quality & Support

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with QA for release quality.

Stakeholder Communication

• Coordinate with product, design, QA, and clients.
• Provide project updates, risks, and technical inputs.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in software development
• 2+ years in Tech Lead / Senior Lead role
• Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS and NodeJS
• Experience in REST APIs and system design
• Good knowledge of PHP/Laravel and WordPress
• Exposure to mobile development (React Native or Flutter)
• Basic understanding of Python frameworks
• Experience with databases, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong leadership and ownership mindset
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
