Diginnovators Solutions Pvt. Ltd. respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to diginnovators.com and to any product, prototype, demo, or service hosted by Diginnovators Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Diginnovators”, “we”, “our”, “us”). It describes how we handle information about visitors, customers, prospective clients, candidates, and other people whose data we process in the course of business.
Project-specific engagements may be governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement signed at contract time. Where that agreement and this policy differ, the contract terms apply.
Information we collect
We collect only the information we actually need to run the business and serve you well. This typically includes three categories:
- Information you give us directly — when you contact us through the website form, subscribe to our newsletter, apply for a role, or correspond with our team over email. This usually includes your name, business email, phone (optional), company, country, and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically — basic device, browser, and usage data when you visit our site. We use this to understand traffic patterns, fix bugs, and improve performance. Examples: IP address (truncated), user agent, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location at country level.
- Information from third parties — if you reach us through a referral platform, a recruiter, or a public source like LinkedIn, we may receive your business contact details from that source. We treat that information with the same care as data you give us directly.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect for clearly-bounded purposes:
- Responding to enquiries, proposals, and questions you send us.
- Delivering services under a signed engagement contract.
- Sending occasional newsletters or product updates — only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Improving the website and our own engineering practice — anonymous traffic and performance data only.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Meeting our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to make the site work and to understand how it’s used. This includes a session cookie for security and an anonymous analytics cookie that helps us see which pages are useful (and which are not). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can block all non-essential cookies from your browser settings. Doing so will not break the site.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers we use to run the business — for example, our email provider, our newsletter platform, our CRM, and our cloud hosting partners. Each of them is bound by a data-processing agreement with confidentiality and security obligations at least as strict as our own.
We may also share information if required by law (court order, regulator request, or to defend our legal rights), or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition — in which case we will notify you in advance.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or to meet a legal obligation. Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months. Candidate data is retained for 12 months after the conclusion of a hiring process unless you ask us to keep it longer. Engagement and contract records are retained as required by applicable accounting and tax laws.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate, ask us to delete it, restrict how we process it, object to certain types of processing, or receive a portable copy. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time where our processing relies on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@diginnovators.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect the information we hold — encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, principle-of-least-privilege for staff access, regular vulnerability scans, and an incident-response process tested quarterly. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority promptly.
International transfers
Diginnovators operates from India and works with clients and service providers around the world. Personal information may therefore be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your own. When we do this we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your data.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove the information.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. For material changes we will provide more prominent notice — for example, an email to active customers or a banner on the site.
