Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Web and Mobile application delivery. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and hands-on understanding of modern development stacks such as ReactJS, NodeJS, and mobile technologies.

This role acts as the bridge between business, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of web and mobile development projects
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans with Tech Leads
• Manage sprint planning, milestones, timelines, and releases
• Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery

Technical Coordination

• Work closely with Tech Leads and development teams
• Understand system architecture, APIs, and integration flows
• Validate technical feasibility, estimations, and dependencies
• Participate in solution discussions and technical planning

Agile & Team Management

• Lead Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)
• Manage cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, QA)
• Ensure proper backlog grooming and task prioritization

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and delivery status
• Handle escalations and ensure alignment across teams

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality delivery through coordination with QA teams
• Monitor performance, defects, and production stability

Required Experience & SkillsExperience

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Minimum 2+ years working on Web or Mobile application projects
• Experience working with engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, Mobile)

Technical Understanding (Must Have)

• Strong understanding of web & mobile technologies:
  ReactJS, NodeJS, APIs, Mobile Apps (React Native / Flutter)
• Knowledge of system architecture and software development lifecycle
• Experience working closely with Tech Leads and developers
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and deployment workflows

Domain Experience

• Web & mobile product development (mandatory)
• CRM / SaaS / digital platforms (preferred)

Tools & Practices

• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Jira, Confluence
• Sprint planning, backlog management, release tracking

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and ownership mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Location & Other Details

• Location: Pune (Work from Office mandatory)
• Certification (Preferred): PMP / Agile / SAFe
